Why Join Us

Nammude Kozhikode is a social platform which aims to foster connection between people with origins from the Kozhikode district of Kerala, India who are now residing in the United Kingdom. We organise social events promoting arts, culture, cuisine and sports to enhance integration within the community. Additionally, the platform celebrates Kerala’s cultural heritage, including landmark events and religious festivals, to promote communal harmony. We also provide career guidance and support through workshops and academic events for the youth within our community. Nammude Kozhikode also does social welfare events and provides aid to families, particularly the ones that recently moved to the UK, as they look to integrate with the wider community.

What is Kozhikode without its rich variety of food? We keep the flavours of our land alive through the joy of our traditional and delectable cuisine – be it a bowl of Kozhikodan biriyani, a glass of sulaimani and a bite of halwa.
