Temp Risk Analyst Location Houston, TX (Central Southwest area) :
Position Summary
The Risk Analyst is responsible for ensuring compliance of existing and new subcontractors used at all locations across Camp. Maintains customer compliance portals. Assist with annual insurance renewals, financial reporting, claims processing. The role is responsible for the accurate and timely submission of annual Subcontractor Insurance audits. Processing, coding, and allocating of insurance bills. Assist with claims processing, research, submission. Assists with annual Insurance renewal.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Possess strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage with subcontractors and team members across the Company. Demonstrates professionalism when dealing with conflicts, ability to problem solve, work under pressure, works independently, strong follow up skills and possesses a sense of urgency. Exceptional skills with Microsoft Outlook, , Word, Adobe Acrobat and internet researching. Has a helpful, supportive, and collaborative personality. Must have 2-4 years' experience in construction, accounting, and certificate of insurance experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure subcontractor insurance, licensing, and OSHA records is compliant to Camp standards based on trade preformed.
- Maintains the subcontractor compliance portal for all existing and new subcontractors to ensure camp has a solid directory of qualified subcontractors.
- Works with operations team and subcontractors on compliance issues.
- Reviews subcontractor MSA and supplemental forms for changes and accuracy.
- Fulfills external certificate of insurance requests and maintains customers compliance portals.
- Compiles subcontractor general liability and workers comp audit monthly for accuracy in support of submission of annual subcontractor audit reporting.
- Develop and send weekly, monthly, and/or annual qualified subcontractor list, claims, incident, and other reports to operations and leadership teams.
- Submission of monthly workers compensation reporting for Texas.
- Processes, codes, and calculates cost allocations for insurance bills.
- Processes auto insurance claims and accident reporting.
- Logs incidents, claims, lawsuits, subcontractor disputes, and the associated settlement costs.
- Assist as directed with litigation, claims, and disputes by performing required research and compiling data reviewing job costs, AP ledgers and financial reports.
- Assist with renewal, processing, tracking, closeout, and contract cost for bonds.
- Draft intent to lien letters and send to Risk Manager for processing.
- Manage or assist with other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
